This company was founded by Craig Storrs, a former SunGard Pentamation employee. During his eight year tenure with SunGard Pentamation his responsibilities included:

He has experience with both Financial and Revenue applications.
In addition to his experience with SunGard Pentamation, he is degreed in Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting. He has 12+ years of experience in various areas of accounting. He was consulted, by programmers, on the accounting entries for the revenue generating applications during development and support.
We are here to assist municipalities/schools with improving their operations as needed. This improvement may be through resolution of issues with SunGard Pentamation or by implementing a new solution. Our recommendations are based on the needs of, and the improvement possibilities of, the customer. These recommendations are made without bias to any software vendor. The recommended solution must be in the best interests of the customer.
